@radiomaffia"you keep rating it 5, i keep rating it 1 star, fact is that utorrent done something that didnt make it easier in torrentland, all the private trackers that i am using banned version 2.xx and utorrent 2 is useless to me untill all private trackers allow it and that isnt the case, we will see where it ends prespero.or utorrent delivers a clean version without utp or it slowly but certainly lose populairity and the days of vuze will rise again, i was looking to use halite but this client is also banned by a private tracker that i like to use..."but here's the thing: most private trackers have a list of approved and unapproved clients. a lot of them don't allow any version of, say, vuze. they only allow the old 2.5.x.x versions of azureus. does this mean that you would also give vuze or halite any of the other clients that some private trackers don't allow the lowest rating possible? somehow i doubt that. i can certainly understand a preference for other clients, i just don't understand why you seem to be on some sort of anti-utorrent crusade.but really, i understand where some critics are coming from and i can see how implementing new versions of utorrent when new builds are released so frequently could make more work than some tracker admins are willing to put in. i have no problem with a tracker not allowing the new versions that are constantly coming out as long as they aren't basically lying about their reasons for doing so. and as long as you'll stop saying that "all private trackers ban utorrent", which you must know by now is untrue, we can have a rational conversation about this.i just don't understand why you're willing to spread obviously false information in these forums. did the utorrent devs kick your puppy? ;)

one of the best and easiest to get started up and running true pro recording software out there at an unbelievable price ! reaper is both very powerful and easy to use. i do not know about other musicians and sound engineers/producers and song writers out there, but, what i can say is the reaper software is as good and or better than pro tools or any other recording software out there at any price, period !!!!. and it only gets better and even more powerful as time goes by. the reaper software updates released on a regular basis and also a big plus is the reaper software programmers actually do listen to their user base !!! wow', now if we could only get congress, gm and chrysler to listen to us.......? na', that will never happen........

i used this crap with a 120gb maxtor sata disk mounted on a asus a7v600 motherboard (onboard via sata).ok, i tried once and didn't worked (the system worked pretty bad), so i uninstalled. later, i thought it deserve a second chance. i tried it again and this time was even worse. not only it hanged with all programs as it did before, but after uninstalling it and rebooted as requested, my windows never started again (bsod). no errors on uninstalling or anything like that, but seemed to messed the "system" registry, no luck with last known good configuration or chkdsk on recovery console or anything (it fixed some corruption, but couldn't make windows start again). this crap killed my windows xp. these toy is not only bad, but extremly dangerous. it's seems not to be a beta, but pretty early microsoft alpha crap. maxtor, please keep making good hard disk and forget the software.

wavpack is still my favourite as it supports 32bit floating point (which flac does not).i record all of my studio output as 32bit float for subsequent format conversion and later remixing, so wavpack is an absolute godsend in that regard.however, flac is more ubiquitous, so as a playback format it is useful because so many devices and software support it.

@dudeboyzyou're right and you're wrong: that's a snapshot and in my opinion it means it lay between 1.07 (stable) and before 1.08 beta.you can test it or stay on 1.07.
