i'm a fan of the latest versions of realplayer, i use it for all my media needs. ive been using it for the last year and download, convert and save all my videos with rp, its pretty universal, plus cs is very helpful when i need some troubleshooting.
i'm going to troll and give it a 4 based on previous versions. - decent lens correction (dxo is better)- limited to nef format for raw input.the nikon press release on their website was rather boring and most of the new features are present in dxo and lightroom. nikon is really just playing catchup - although i am curious to see how the interface has been improved. nx v1.x had a horrible interface that was unintuitive and rather cumbersome.ffective workflow with processing raw images is extremely important to me. lightroom is decent, however, it really pushes organization by metatags too much and it lacks lens correction which completely destryos it for me.i've found that hands down, the best raw image processing software is dxo. for processing wide angle shots and fisheye lens shots, it's correction is phenominal, and it does an amazing job of fixing images based upon the camera body and lenses used.like nx, it cannot input dng files, however, it does export as dng (albeit linear dng files which are huge)!so if you like capture nx, do yourself a favor and try dxo.
the program is very easy to use and it has helped me produce a basic index very quickly and confidently. it looks very nice especially the links of the index linking to the book pages.the support from the pdf index generator is excellent.
does not list win7 or win7x64 in the oses supported by this program. i have used an earlier version of revo with xp and found it very thorough in cleaning up the remnants of uninstalled programs. but this staunch refusal to support the os of today, unless you get the paid version is most surprising.for those who want something for win7x32 or x64, get iobit uninstaller or iobit toolbox which has a complete suite of tools to clean out every bit of junk, both files and registry entries. i have found it just as good. but i strongly suggest that anyone using such tools must have a disk image made of their drive that contains windows, just in case.
splitting an existing cue-file is one thing but editing or creating a cue-file is a little bit more interesting (in my opinion).a cue-file, i've found, is not only a .txt-file.i can editing a cue that comes from eac but if i try to write a cue without the format of the eac-cue, there is no program that can handle it.is there anyone who can explain this?i know the syntax of a cue but what fileformat has it?
useful software package and now at the core of my mp3 tagging. previous version's instability is gone, haven't had a crash since the upgrade. picard's interface is much better than tagger's at importing albums. wish the input interface for various artist compilations was less of a kludge.
can't tell you much but their web site is nothing but 404 errors.
djamer and all who have problems looking 4 the download it in the hompage which is located under the picture :)
i give this program a 5, because it is clean, simple, works great.it does have a couple of things i can gripe about though.winrar will allow you to add an icon to the sfx extractor, plus show a license screen (handy for showing ahem, the serials of some programs that went freeware & have the key included).but tugzip doesn't allow you to change the icon of the sfx. in addition, doesn't seem to support totally silent sfx like winrar, but shows an extract dialogue.am slightly annoyed that it shows 3 possibilities for sfx package, but you can only use 1 because the other 2 are greyed out.but for zipping, unzipping, yada yada, works nice.would really love to see support for viewing sfx comments (so you can remember/change it in the future if you have to, like winrar), & the ability to change the icon of the sfx, plus a totally silent sfx.because sometimes you just want it to launch, say, a driver backup program with no dialogue.overall, good program, but would be better with these enhancements!
